崇友（4506）董事長唐伯龍回鍋掌董座，交出連續3年營收及獲利締造新高，在手訂單3,600台電梯，金額近40億元，2018年營運續旺的成績單。唐伯龍為鼓舞員工士氣，發放年終獎金5.1個月本薪，改寫年終獎金新高，額外加發4千元員工旅遊金及6千元現金獎勵。
崇友主管表示，唐伯龍2015年接掌崇友董事長以來，調整兩岸經營策略，加重台灣營運比重，避免受大陸打房政策影響。
崇友每年新梯銷售1,500～1,800台，維修保養收入成長3％～5％，去年電梯維修保養收入逾15億元，今年上看16億元，去年電梯汰舊換新達357台，今年起每年至少成長15％；加上崇友近年積極拓展走高階路線的自有品牌「堅尼西斯」高速電梯，在商業辦公大樓、百貨公司及飯店均有斬獲，今年佔新梯比重從去年13％提高至20％，高速電梯毛利率15％～20％，優於一般電梯12％～15％。
崇友去年營收攀升至42.86億元，連續第3年改寫歷史新高，年增2.26％。去年出售桃園舊廠房土地，認列處分資產利益1.7億元，對EPS貢獻約0.8元，法人依據崇友前3季EPS達3.61元推估，去年EPS超過4元，可望再度改寫歷史新高。
崇友指出，今年將認列桃園機場捷運、新板特區國際觀光旅館、國泰萬豪酒店等公共工程及大型建案新梯，汐止東科大樓汰舊換新電梯1千多萬元，預計第1季認列，公共工程及民間企業建案總計9.5億元陸續認列，在手3,600台電梯訂單未交，分今、明2年交貨，今年營運優於去年。法人估，今年營收挑戰45億元以上。
唐伯龍在集團尾牙上表示，感謝全體員工努力，再度擦亮「崇友」為國內知名本土電梯品牌，齊心創造營收、獲利成長佳績，為鼓舞員工士氣，今年年終獎金從去年4.1個月提高至5.1個月本薪，是崇友年終獎金最高的一年。
崇友去年首季認列桃園舊廠房處分利益1.7億元，唐伯龍也決定提撥一部分與員工分享，當眾宣布，每名員工加發4,000元旅遊金及6,000元現金，總計10,000元分紅獎勵，創造員工、股東及公司三贏局面。
