立法院臨時會今召開財政委員會聯席會議，審查前瞻基礎建設第一期預算。國民黨團拿出朝野協商結論，指「召委均得排定審查，不受輪值排定議程限制」，控訴民進黨團擅自決定王榮璋當主席，並發文給院長室，要求院長蘇嘉全針對3月31日協商爭議，於下午1時50分盡速召開朝野協商。

民進黨團書記長李俊俋表示，蘇嘉全曾表示他不介入委員會事務，雖然國民黨提出主持協商要求，但還是要等蘇嘉全點頭答應；國民黨團書記長林為洲受訪表示，蘇嘉全已經同意主持協商，下午1時50分就會進行朝野協商。
